The held BTC will only be released to the developer after CORAL PAY coins have been distributed, and there's an overall stability of the wallets, and blockchain. First 50% of fund wil be released max 48 hours after launch and coin delivery.

The remaining ICO money will be sent to DEV a week later after that it is impossible to revert.

Funds sent after the end of the ICO won't be elegible for claiming the CORAL PAY corresponding.

If refunds have to happen i could ask to sign a message from the address which funds were sent. Fees maybe charged (min 0.01).  i could ask to altcoin investor to submit a confirmation email.
