Explain me please the following - when current transaction confirms previous transaction , how and hwo checks a balance for a wallet/address? Every node which comfirm previous 2 transactions should make a request to fuul node, which uses History nodes to get all transactions to confirm positive balance? Or History nodes do not this checking and any balance sheet after each Clusterstamp is used for these purposes? Who and how checks a positive balance to confirm transaction?

The total supply of COTI tokens during the formative stages of the network will be limited to 2,000,000,000 COTI. Hi tried to complete form to reserve User Wallet, keep getting same error, information incoplete. I tried 3 of my emails and name and last name without space, nothing works so far. Any advise?
