I think you have to be more specific on this one, because this is a big red flag to me. You were offline for some time, then minutes before you showed up there was unusual market movement on COV (not to mention size of the buy orders). If you ask my personal opinion - this is a 99.99% scam, but if I'm wrong, then please read bolded words again.

Yea that might bite you in the ass. If dev leaves network might be too weak for you to send your coins back to exchange.
I am already waiting withdrawal for about 6 hours. Let's hope that the dev has some answers (he is online).
The network is just weak because very few coins are staking due to extremely low rewards.
I know and that is why I moved my coins to my wallet, but frankly speaking I have a bad feeling about this one (and I already said it).

I don't know what you are looking at but there is over 3000 (18 BTC) of COV on the sell side and still only 2 BTC support to 20k.

Yup someone is clearly creating volume form 90-160k. Buying their own sells. There is still no buy support.

It's not a real buy wall, impossible to fill at that price. Someone using those orders to try and hide that there is no actual buy support for this coin. It wouldn't take much to dump this coin below 20k. I give it a few days.
