You can just copy zlib1.dll from your cgminer folder if you're missing it.

http://cpr.coinmine.pl been mining for a while, but it seems i am not getting anything to my account for a while now. anyone else having this issue?
It was "stuck" for a while, seems to of cleared. Possible there was just a massive string of orphans.

displayed payout (estimated CPR/day) on the pool seems to be off by A LOT? reporting 60-90 CPR/day for me, I have around 0.40 after 8 hours of mining.

I'm not a programmer but I have a feeling the 16 seconds is way tok fast and that's the problem. I would try 21 seconds although that may be too fast as well - I have a feeling 21 seconds would be much more stable than 16 seconds however.
I didn't see his retarget - but I'd probably go with 21 on that as well.

I think the problem is this coin is too fast. Even 30 seconds is fast but 16 seconds - I don't know if this can be fixed. This is the fastest coin I've ever seen.
You should have gone with 21 seconds. That might have proved a bit more stable.
