I'm not talking about your request. People asked for the screenshot in the previous thread and that's the problem that there has only been a chatter from the dev. I'm patient and I know that developing this kind of tech isn't a one day job but he keeps telling us(since June) that he is almost done, he tweaks UI and he is about to drop it. If you are only tweaking UI its not so hard to make a screenshot, it takes 30 seconds.
I really hope that he will drop the release and shut me up but most likely the only thing he will post will be the same old story that he is very close and he will drop the update very soon. That would be just ridiculous.

Stop dreaming and coming up with new ideas. He hasn't even developed markets yet. We are waiting few weeks for a stupid screenshot.
actually its been 4 days since i put out the request for a screenshot. theres been chatter form the dev since then. its not ideal but its not dead or been 2 weeks.Anyway a screenshot is useless now because the market is supposed to be 99% done...

That's a very good idea. I don't know if you guys saw but they made a payment plan for DASH development. We could do the same, I'm fine with %10. What you think ICM?
could be interesting to have a bitshares like implementation where the forger (whatever its called if its forging) gets to set a personal payrate, the rest get burnt. in craves case a staker could opt in to a certain percentage of stakes or mn rewards they control to be donated to development. obviously the wallet would install at whatever the percentage default. and people could change it if they wanted to contribute more or less.
otherwise a static reward to development works.
or... the miners (stakers and mn's) vote like how heavycoin miners were able to cast a vote for block reward, the combined average was the reward if i remember right. so for crave the combined contribution average would be applied to each block.

yes icm should get funding for development.... would be good to pay for his time and maybe a pr person to stay in touch with us on developments, and promotions. lets get some input on a plan and have a vote.
Not doubt there should be a 10% fund from the nodes and maybe a 1 click masternode like Nanas!

A lot since I am assuming the Android APK was compiled from the old wallet which had sync issues. Although I think its possible to dump your privkey from console. If you know how to import priv key do it on a freshly synced wallet at computer. If you don't come to slack and whisper me. Slack regis link is at OP.
Why update? You've already made a new wallet(Fully functional on mobile and everything is touch enabled. The only thing I didn't do was integration with the native notifications system (like to put things in the status area that you pull down on Android from the top of the screen), but I'll work on that after the drop is out.) Or didn't do?

It's been 48hours and only synced 2 weeks! I've not really got a clue what to do from here

APK wasn't updated, however, since you are not coming to slack I'll do a small instractions here so it might help.
First of all, download a fresh wallet to your PC and let it sync.
Than go back to your Android and open console, type:

dumprivkey COPYHERETHEADDRESSYOUSENTYOURCOINS
A text will appear, you will have to save it somewhere as we will be using it on computer (maybe mail yourself from your phone to computer)
On computer wallet (that is freshly synced), open console and type:
Quote
importprivkey THELONGTEXTYOUCOPIEDGOESHERE
This should import your address that you sent your coins to the Windows (or pc) wallet.
Backup your wallet.dat at android for safety.
