The game is fun, but the deposit part is shady as fuck.
Just think about this before investing, why does the admin need your deposit? Why is he giving you hpower in return? He isn't investing the deposits on anything, at least not that he mentions on the site, so basically the premise is "invest here, if it is worth it for you, then you win, if it is worth it for me, then i win". Businesses don't work that way. Business is made when both parties are gaining something, when there is a win win.
If he was investing your deposits and giving you part of the revenue, then that's okay, but if he is just keeping the deposit, he is hoping that those HPower that you bought don't reach the ROI, so in essence, he is hoping your investment doesn't pay off. So he is competing with you. And if he is, be sure that he'll win, because it's his game and he made the rules. Those HPower that you buy are probably not worth what you're paying for it.
Let's do some math:
2500 HPower is currently at 0.01383624 BTC. That is $109.
Now, I don't know how much BTC per hour does 1 HPower provide (the site doesn't even say that), but I can calculate it using my own stats.
I have 18 HPower, and I can mine 1.5 satoshi per hour. 2500 x 1.5 : 18 = 208.33
So 2500 HPower provides a mining rate of 208.33 satoshi per hour, approximately. That is 1.6 cents per hour.
Don't forget that this is not passive income, you have to click on mine every some hours (depending on your level) and you have to keep and pretty big supply of crystals.
Assuming that you are a robot and click that mine button all the time, and you don't ever sleep, it would take you 284 days to reach ROI. Assuming you are a human being, it would take you a year.
What do you say, is it worth it? Invest $109 and work for a year clicking buttons, and when you finally reach the ROI, what you've achieved is a semi passive income (you still have to work) of 1.6 cents per hour. I say it isn't.
I can't stress it enough. The owner of the site isn't investing your money. He is getting the revenue to pay everyone the same way every other faucet owner gets it, and that is by ads. Why do you think this guy can pay you more than the others?
I'm not saying this site is a scam, I don't think he'll run off with your money. What I'm saying is that it is a bad investment, and it is there to catch naive people who invest without even looking at the numbers.
My conclusion is, use the site for the game, as it may be fun for a while. But don't invest.
TL;DR: $109 investment for a semi passive income of 1.6 cents an hour and you have to work for it clicking buttons every some hours. 1 year of ROI. Not worth it.
I am open to any response that you can give to this rant.
By the way, I have 0.31846392 BTC invested in FreeBitco.in, which is generating 100% passively 0.00003489 BTC a day (27.5 cents a day). This is because they do invest your money in actual mining, so they can pay you. If you want to be my referral, here are my links:
