Same for me: no referral since a long time and I'm continuously doing missions. Something changed with version v0.99. Maybe not the formula itself but something on which the referral distribution is based. Available referrals maybe?
Those working in IT know how easy it is to make a small change in a place and screw big something in a totally different place.
@Jamboom: U cannot say there isn't a bug, when it's clear that is not working as intended/promised. U have access to logs. It should be very easy to query the logs and database to analyze how often, after v0.99, were the referrals won compared to the number of missions done and chances used. I'm confident numbers won't lie.

Not a single ref from the past 3 weeks either.
@Jamboom : from all the people complaining for not having referalls since v0.99, you can't deny there's no bug !
Please go back to previous version of referall distribution !!!

I'm back with fresh new stats about the non-existing referral bug
I've done 90 missions, from level 1 to level 14, without getting a single referral...
It can happen, but the probabilities for this to happen are 2.153%.... That means that with these 90 missions, I should have more than 97% chances to get at least ONE referral... But it didn't happen...
As you said Jamboom, the bug is not in the formula, but it is somewhere for sure.
