There will be a strict selection process for every Applicant for ICO Detective position and their skills will be tested. Once they get promoted to ICO Detective they will be able to evaluate ICO's and write reports in their own field of expertise.

For example, you would never see a report about medical ICO be evaluated by a lawyer.

I see the bounty program will last till January 15 (the end of token sale). Don't you think it is too long for a bounty program? Especially for signature campaign, it will take a long time. I suggest you to consider again related to the bounty duration.
