Thank you. In my part of Asia, we now have a couple of homegrown as well as netflix competing for the market. But the titles are too few and limited. It would be one service for GOT and another one for Band of Brothers. If Cryptoflix can come up with solutions to the payment and the titles too, it will be a great deal of success.

It is an excellent way of seeing things, there is really a much greater possibility of expansion, if you start in a less developed country, you will gradually grow and conquer new spaces from this. Many confuse Cryptoflix with a form of aggressive combat against piracy, but you can not stop piracy, just provide a better and more reliable source to those who need it, and Cryptoflix can do this role well

You're right but bear in mind that less developed countries bring higher operational risks

We are not expecting House of Cards, Daredevil etc. level series but Cryptoflix should have its exclusive contents too imo.

They will need funding to get quality exclusives. Otherwise it's the other route, get a lot of users which makes it interesting for quality content

If there is no quality content, it is very difficult to expand, and compete with other platforms of this kind.
For starters, it could offer movies and older series but with a pretty big impact.
There are many who would like to see them again, and they often do not find them or are not running anymore.

I really don't see netflix competiting from the same audience. Wouold be cool though, but i am guessing they have their reasons for not getting the public in on their series and film funding policy.

I think that the most important diference is going to be the film funding policy. We'll see how the content viewing system works.

I don't understand your question, if you purchase a movie on cryptoflix how it can be pirated? It's not a decentralized platform, movies are stored on their own storage

I assume pirates would purchase the movie, capture the movie stream and store it on their hard disk.

They then redistribute the movie through file lockers, newsgroups, torrents or even on a physical medium such as a DVD or USB disk.

If Cryptoflix finds the redistributed version, they can extract the watermark and find the account used to purchase the movie with.

Cryptoflix may then proceed to track down the original fiat to cryptocurrency exchange.

The weak link: the fiat trail is unusable because most of the times it ends up to a stolen credit card.

You can't kill piracy.

You can reduce it with good services. Cryptoflix can be one of this.

Good service and affordable prices can be the key for Cryptoflix.
