I think that the number of online workers like in the freelancing market are increasing, it's due to how in demand it is today because you can work freely and just wait for the instructions that the company will give you. You are talking about investors that are interested in token only to trade them on exchanges and I already mentioned them in my comment. even with those you need quality, people that don't money to invest or not willing to spent time to spread the word, they will not give any big value to your community and that's why you find in some telegram channel with over 5000 members talking to himself and when someone finally talk, he ask him when I can get my token for airdrop !

Those talks are due to lacking about ICO workflow and not analyzing the whitepapers even when we invest we seek the dev response, potential of the ICO, whitepapers with details information, better communication and valuing us as priority we look after but not the ratings we just consider and there is no quality if we only consider the ratings and yes before the project launch it is always better to discuss and understand the project and buy CTF and sell when it hit moon.

Freelancing also comes with it's own set of disadvantages. Biggest being there's 0 job security, there's no job guarantee or even benefits with the work
