Excellent work with cudamining.cc, thanks alot!  Smiley

Still not finished yet Wink

What changes did you make?  Anything we can see on the front side?

BTW, maybe it's time to remove x13 from the FAQ page. Smiley
Yeh i think so. We need something to stand in its place, any ideas?

Or could BBR work as replacement of x13...? I think the miner will take some time to implement by C, while the BBR community are quite close to lose bittrex as their exchange and really wantto use their gpu´s to draw interest to the coin Smiley Coooooould lead to some frustration  Roll Eyes

How about a "Which miner should I use for which algorithm?" with a table/paragraph/infographic/etc showing cudaminer algos vs ccminer ones?  Folks that are new to the project (or cudaminer folks that are new to ccminer) might like a nice, central location to see that.  Could include links too.

Also, how about "How does this compare to sgminer?" or whatever current AMD miner is out there.

Same goes for "What increase in performance do we get over CPU mining?" for some of the CPU-minable algos (quark, x11/13/etc, cryptonite...)

--------------

On an unrelated note (well I guess it's related as it might somewhat answer one of the FAQs I suggested), are there currently any algorithms/coins that use the Bitcoin code base (rather than Cryptonite) that are still legitamately CPU & GPU minable?  I know Quark and X11/13 are okay on CPUs but not fantastic.  Are there any that are better?  Are any of the individual algorithms in Quark or X11 better for CPUs than others?

And no changes you will see. The change was only moved over for about 3 minutes to test it worked. Once its done you will all most likely see faster loading times, and it will be much easier for me to edit the site.

Using one of my old complex methods right now. The changes require the entire website to be written from scratch. So to test it i have to put it live. So expect another website freakout at some point today Smiley

May get it done today, who knows

ICO? Not even once.
barabeku thanks for the launch config. I used this for CACH coin and got 4.5 kh/s then I put in -l T25x4 and crashed, changed it to -t25x4 and got 7.33kh/s wow. I didn't try it on UTC but you may get the same.

EDIT: per 750ti

Try -l t5x24 for CACH   Smiley

Seems like Ultracoin became Scrypt-Jane Nf(14). Anyone knows the optimal settings for N14 & 750ti?
Autotune gives me t64x1 @ 1kh, but I seriously think it can do more Cheesy

I get 2.2kh/s for every each 750ti
What's your launch config? Tongue

cudaminer.exe -s 10 --algo=scrypt-jane:UTC -H 2 -i 0 -m 1 -l t64x1 -L 4 -b 16384

I don't think it profitable now. Only 0.6 USD estimate/24h

cudamining.cc is going to freak out for a while as i am doing a full framework re-design so it may not load at all while i test some new code

ok it's back to normal now

Can someone compile the zelante splitscreen release for linux ?
it seems to be windows specific (windows.h) and I have no idea how to get it compiled on linux.
thanks

PS: or maybe make the source linux friendly ?

@cayars: I have been using nvminer since a day or so after you released it, and everything has been fine. However, yesterday, it suddenly started incorrectly reporting all my cards as GTX 660's (I have 2x EVGA GTX 660's and 2x EVGA GTX 750Ti's). It had been reporting correctly all the time before it started this. All of the other versions that I have (I have most of them) are still reporting correctly. Re-booting the system, and disabling/re-enabling the cards have had no effect on this behavior. Any ideas???

That is strange indeed.  My gut feeling is that it's a driver issue/glitch.

What does GPU-Z report as the card type?

Reporting correctly:

No idea without looking at code but I'd ask if you could try the version I put on cudamining.cc today.

Best results with Sgminer 4.2(fixed) x15 version.(based on poolerinos 2% fee version)

I deleted the 750ti sgminerbinfiles  and installed catalyst 14.6 and got a boost

True, but sgminer have buildt in algorithm switcher. And new algorithms(coins) are normally implemented in this miner first. Slower but more compatible

 X11/x13/x14/x15/x17 etc.

Well, considering the speed penalty the new algorithm would have to be much more profitable than the existing ones to be worth while.  As for algorithm switching, there are options out there to handle it (such as the one linked in my signature).

Now, here is an idea.  It would be nice if sgminer could handle plugin CUDA modules the same way it handles OpenCL kernels.  That would give you a single launching platform for multiple technologies.

Which exact version of sgminer do you review as latest , there are plenty of relieces in different versions...

The latest sgminer can be run on 750ti as well. Install catalyst 14.6. And the latest nvidia driver. Nvidia support opencl as well.

X11 performs at around around 2000 khash.

I don't think you need to install the Catalyst driver as the nVIDIA driver already has OpenCL support.  I've run sgminer against an nVIDIA card a couple of times to test for algorithms that were not supported by ccminer yet.  Still, doesn't make much sense.  Consider that you are getting 2000 khash on X11 while cayars' recent update to nvminer (a fork of ccminer) is pulling over 2600 khash.
