Guys with 780s and older cards, why don't you switch to curecoin? Wink

I only wish the new ccminer was working for me and my laptops... I have a GTX 880M that's showing anywhere from 20000 KH to 1200000 KH, but no shares are being accepted. LOL. Anyone have any luck with running this on mobile GPUs that have Optimus support?

i ad the same problem then i download http://cryptomining-blog.com/wp-content/files/ccminer-1.0-windows-new.zip

and it fixed it

Update -- not sure if this will affect others, but for 880M only the ccminer30.exe works properly. On 860M, I was able to run ccminer50.exe, but it looks like Kepler cards need to explicitly run the 30 version (which I suppose makes sense).

Well, through all the noise I'm still happy with my 1st rig that runs three R9-280x at 2.2Mh/s each on x11 using sph-sgminer, badman74 fork. This is not to say I'm in any way diminishing what C&C are doing. Friendly rivalry is a good thing. And I am VERY happy with the latest ccminer tweak that boosted my x11 hash rate a full 10%!

Nicely done and thank you.

Hot damn!! I'm getting 4.9MH/s from my liquid cooled 780 now @1303/3348 with 1.275-1.281v using LLC hack. I could probably drop the voltage a bit but I was getting some nasty driver crashes causing some driver corruption that needed a driver reinstall to sort out each time it happened. GPU usage is steady around 97-98% and CPU usage is significantly dropped from the 1.0 release, sitting around 1.5-3% for ccminer.exe. Great job C&C Hash Factory, keep it coming!

C&C, you made it, the sph-sgminer dude throwed the towel just now...

not sure it is a good thing though...

Well, I saved the new files by right clicking on the RAW. But I got this error when trying to compile:

Quote
Error limit reached.
100 errors detected in the compilation of "/tmp/tmpxft_00003d1e_00000000-9_cuda_x11_simd512.compute_35.cpp1.ii".
Compilation terminated.

make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/miner/ccminer-1.0'
make: *** [all] Error 2

you need to download the full project (ccminer) unzip it.
Then run the autogen.sh and make

(all this requires that all the package necessary including cuda 5.5 have been installed  first)

I'm trying to get the beta version running, with the performance upgrade that was added with the recent file commits (2). The zip package doesn't contain this, does it?
yes it does
You want ccminer-master.zip

Ok so with the latest release, it looks like i got a small bump of 300khs or so.  went from 2400khs to 2700 khs on my GTX 770.  Does that sound about right?  I didn't think it would be that big of a jump from the 770 to 780.

Nice gain with the new ccminer!
From 1900 to 2250. Almost 20% higher hash rates.

Thanks cbuchner1 for all your works!

Download the compiled version from here and you will be ok http://cryptomining-blog.com/

I need it for Linux not Windows.

How do I download the new files from GitHub to add and compile?

Maybe this page will help you?

Thanks for the suggestion, but I already know how to compile... I just need to know where to download the additional files that have been committed since the release. I know it's a simple button or link somewhere... I just can't see it!  Cheesy
