this is just to confirm: once i get the command line wallet, i put the .conf in the roaming maxcoin folder and then start the exe inside the wallet as well as cudaminer on localhost?

typically the nVidia drivers ship with CUDA support included - but not necessarily those drivers that are bundled with Windows (OpenGL support for example is missing in these). Download from nvidia site to be sure.
