Dear community,
Some pre-ICO contributors have received an "insufficient funds" notification when attempting to withdraw BTC. This issue has been identified as a bug but has not yet been fixed.
As an option there is however a simple workaround: Use your CyberTrust credentials to log in to C2CX.com and withdraw from there.
For those who contributed in to the token sale with BTC, CyberTrust recommends that in order to avoid the 0.002 BTC transmission cost, the customer consider trading his or her BTC for ETH or Bitcoin Cash, then send that out instead. C2CX only charges 0.1% for this, which in many cases will work out to be far less than 0.002 BTC.

What happen, why refund every money you collect? Do you even collect real money during presale or you just put up a fake counter to gather fomo?
Obviously CyberTrust would not have refunded the pre-ICO tokens if there were not a good reason. But in return, if they don't get anything it wouldn't be fair. If ico canceled they should pay in eth.
