If we don't make it to 3 BTC you don't lose anything.

The question is, do we have enough people with an interest in this coin?

The question really is, why do we need to pay them to add this coin to the exchange when they're also going to be taking fees from trades?

The answer is simple. This coin will not be added to Bittrex unless we pay them. The community is not big enough. If you have any decent amount of these coins, if would be pretty dumb not to throw in $10 to $20 to get this coin listed, don't ya think?

Then once the coin is actually able to be traded, we may be able to attract a few developers to the community to help with new features.
