Pally - Decentralised Social Travel
October 17, 2017, 06:07:28 PM
I'm wondering when will the test version of the mobile application?

We have an iOS open beta version of Pally Social that can be tested on the app store - https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/pally-the-app-for-friendly-internationals/id1206993633?mt=8

And then we will complete the work to decentralise Pally Social (mobile), and Pally Adventures (web) through the last quarter of this year and begin the beta tests of Decentralised Pally from November. We plan to start off with closed beta tests, and then we'll engage with interested members of our contributor community to test and provide feedback, as we're sure to get valuable input from the community.

More info on our timelines available on Medium - https://medium.com/@Pally/pallys-timeline-of-activities-6f39c467f5a5

Thanks

It would be interesting for the traveler to be displayed on the gps map. Could get acquainted with other people
It seems to me not very safe

This is a very interesting idea-travel based on the blockchain. Because it's safe. There will be a transparent system of ratings and reviews
Can you explain why blockchain it’s safe for travels?
This will help make the reviews and ratings objective. On which no one can influence.

The project is still interesting because it has no boundaries. The application can be used in any country
Yes, this is the first project that will be able to unite the whole world in one platform

Heya Vasyafet,

What kind of information are you talking about exactly? It will be more of of a social platform rather than an informative one.

Did I understand correctly: After launching the platform, users will be able to receive PallyCoins for providing information on various places for travel? For example, I left a comment about a certain city. Does the system mean a reward for my feedback?
And so the project sounds good Smiley

Oh that would be very cool. Motivates people to travel more

Do developers have no loopholes to manage reviews and ratings?

No, as it is in the interest of Pally and the rest of the community to have ratings and reviews which are fair and transparent. The only exceptions of 'red-flagged comments' that would be flagged by our logic are those that contain allegations which contain foul language, are discriminatory, or constitute any form of bullying or abuse.

Because Pally makes no cut/revenue/commission from local hosts within the community, we have zero incentive to protect experiences from hosts that are not meeting the expectations of the community.

Cheers for the question

The platform will look for routes between countries? Or only within each country?

Hello there. I'm afraid I'm not fully clear on what you mean on 'routes between countries', but experiences would be hosted within major cities, as opposed to activities that take people from one country to another. Please let us know if we misunderstood the question.

Thanks!
