Hold them in your runnig wallet and get 5% of staking rewards. That should be a good reason to run your own full-node isn't it?
Remember that 5% will be available until July 12, and after that, the reward will drop to 1%
Knowing that (and I have known about that behavior) every single day is counting! Let your wallet run 24/7 and receive your 5% staking reward until July

Hi guys, i haven't noticed any updates on deepsend developments for a longer time now. How is it going? is there any eta set already? I think this is the most expected feature at the moment.
DeepSend planned after the code rebase complete. And the dev team is working on the code rebase. After next week most probably we will get mod team start testing it for second time. The last news about this was that devs and mods were testing the recent code rebase in order to be able to proceed with the release of the DeepOnion wallet ready to port DeepSend! but some mods could clarify this better!

The safest way to store ONION is when you have full control. If you are not interested in staking, you don't need to run and maintain the wallet. Start a wallet, get an address and send ONION from any exchange to that address. Don't forget to backup that address properly. I recommend to backup both wallet.dat and the private key:

New topic - but old problems. What was the reason to create a new topic about deeponion?
Pretty simple, the account that created the thread was unjustly banned and could no longer control the DeepOnion thread. I'm not using the word control as a negative one, by the way, there are lots of good reasons to self-moderate a thread, especially on a forum that tends to attract a lot of spammers. Not only that, but also the DeepOnion threads tend to attract the attention of people who seek to defame it in every turn, not even bothering to check the coin's history or even doing so despite that fact (the fact that after almost 2 years of successful operation there's still a thread in this forum that's calling DeepOnion a scam is ample evidence of what I'm saying).
