Yes you need at least 100 onions on your airdrop address to be eligible for the weekly airdrop.
You can check out the deep onion forum and search for the bounty threads to earn some onions, you can also earn onions via deeppoints, all the info can be found in the official forum

I'm so pissed off over these scammers. Literally copied and pasted the website and said hey we got ONIONs for sale. Unbelievable what some people will do.
I fully agree with you!Always make sure you are on the correct site and do not fall for a scammer. Always double check urls and addresses and use 2FA!
As we grow, this project will surely attract more and more similar attempts and we always need to be careful and to double check everything.

If you have not done so, follow the procedure that is given in the task.
It is obvious that our success and the price increase will attract not only new investors and true supporters, but also many scammers and cheaters. Therefore various scam attempts will probably become more frequent. We just need to be vigilant and eliminate negative impacts of such scams as much as possible. In this case, our action was very quick thanks to the immediately created DeepDomination task for reporting of the phishing site. Hope that no harm to even a single honest Onioner has been caused by this site.
Look at it at a positive way now bros. We are getting bigger that is why the scammers are taking notice. Before only fudders give their time and effort on us. Now the scammers/phishers. Congratulations to us for the growth of DeepOnion in general

I felt the same about DeepSend but I thought again and I think it's a smart decision. Why? Because if the dev launch DeepSend at the end of the airdrop or after it we'll see a rise in the price. By the other hand if they implement DeepSend now the increment will be now and we'll see a high drop after the end of the airdrop.
With this decision the people have another reason to hold their Onions after the airdrop. And I think we'll avoid a big crash.
Am I right @crypto-rainbow?
Also as Deeper said in the update, good and quality product doesn't have that big effect if the marketing of the product is not good or coherent.
So I'm glad they are thinking about it in that way too. In this way it will have much higher effect.
