The new rules is fair. It is buying time supposedly now because of its low price but Bitcoin very high, it is not yet practical to buy Bitcoin then send to exchanges  for buying Onions.

Was anyone here able to pick up some cheap Onions today while they were on sale?  I was getting real close to filling my order but it never sunk low enough!  Darn...

The home page of the main thread becomes pretty, and I love it. The price has changed a lot lately, and I think that's related to the 90% sell limit change. But I think this will release the selling pressure ahead of time, so as to release the risk ahead of time. Let's wait for the wind and fly

They were updated a couple of weeks ago. I think it was mandatory, did you receive air drop last week?

Edit: Never mind, you have the correct one.

Looking at the page count of our thread, it indicates quite strong shift of activity from this forum to our DO forum. I think the reason is obvious (DeepPoints). I remember that in the past, there were cca 15 pages of new content every day, which made it very difficult and time demanding to follow. Now, it is much easier, but on the other hand, it would also be good to remain active here as it is always nice to find our thread on the first page of the Altcoins Announcements section Wink Moreover, it is also a free advertisement as the Altcoin section has huge amount of readers.

I just noticed that. I refreshed the page and there was only one new page.

Hello Deeponion community.

Do we have information about the launch date of deepsend? It is announced for the end of the year but on approaching with big step Smiley

I think that's who can finally make the price of deeponion  Cool

it's only less than 2 month left so there is no need for more precise timing.

It is true that the activity on the thread has greatly decreased due to the effect of DeepPoint on the official forum and I find it a shame because it can have a negative effect on the external vision of people who do not know the Onion . Before there was a good distribution of activities on both forums and so showe that there was an active and growing community whereas now, even if it still is, peoples which are not registered on the official forum can see, or have the impression on Bitcointalk, that the community is weakening.

I think distributing activity between bitcointalk and deeponion forums is a good thing. The previous rule of making 10 posts per week also artificially inflated the activity here, which I think lowered the quality of posts over all. Now that it is only 5 posts per week, it's more normal for people and they can post more quality content.

Developers also have more control in deeponion forum which they can customize to add features like DeepPoints. They can also make marketing in their forum that is not allowed here. So overall, I think the developments so far are very good.

You are probably right.  What the members do is they are just maximizing the number of possible onions they can farm at the do forum.  Also now, we can keep up with this thread and no more back reading of 5-10 pages Smiley

wow a lot of airdrop round. But I have not enough of standard for participating. Project's rules are a little bit too restrict. I will try in the next time when I become jr.mem

I got a lot more in the second airdrop (based on deeppoints) than in the main airdrop that is based on coin holdings. If you are active in the  deeponion forum, you will get deeppoints. Just don't abuse the system so your account will not be banned.  If you participate freely in the forum threads of the coins you like, it is just the same in deeponion forum except that they give you deeppoints for activity that can be converted to Deep Onion coins.

Frankly, it shouldn't be like that. I for one have always enjoyed seeing the pages build on our BCT ANN Thread. I posted in both, for many reasons - DeepPoints, or rewards was never one of them. I don't think we should neglect our BCT thread - it has garnered us a tremendous number of participants. Let's face it - we all started on here, on this thread!

DeepPoints is a great addition, and its helping the community find a place more tailored to DeepOnion, which I think is fantastic - but we should be active there out of our love for DeepOnion - Not for some points.

Let's all do our part to continue growing DO, while still spreading the word here, on BCT Smiley

Yup. I do like that DeepOnion has grown so large as to populate its own forum, though. Restricting discussion of so many different topics about the project to a finite number of threads in one corner of the altcoin subforum on Bitcointalk is difficult.
