I have a issue that need you explain:
- On October-10: i have 1000 coins in my wallet -> i backup wallet at this time.
- On October-15: i have 2000 coins in my wallet -> but i dont backup
- On October-16: i lost my wallet data -> i have to recover my wallet.
-> can i recover my wallet on October-10(1000 coins) or October-15 (2000 coins) from backup?
As long as all coins are under the same
receiving address you initially backed up, you will have access to
ALL of your funds. Does that answer your question?
You mean i have 2000 coins in my wallet after recovering.
And i only have to backup wallet 1 time.
Hi, the @darkenedsoul ‘s answer is very nice. But I wrote this script has several reasons:
1)It’s easy to backup your wallet, especially if you want to back up lots of wallets
2)My computer has several disk, I just want to backup my wallets from C to D ,in order to prevent system is broken in some time and it can backup every your set hours.
3)I don’t use private key, because if someone know my private key,he will get all my wallet. For example, you save your key on your mobile phone, but some time in the future you lost your mobile phone, it’s too bad.
4)The next plan is to write a script that can backup wallet to server, for example: your vps, and I have finished it,it will be shared in the offical forum today.
