So now I hear that the dev team is working out how to pay the unpaid bounty participants. They are still counting the stakes from the campaigns they made last year. It's interesting that they never started counting since November last year.  It's kind of premeditated, like they know counting stakes will be fruitless since they had zero interest in actually paying.

I guess we will have to wait and see their actions.

It is a pity the time spent and labor. I fully support the previous post. It is necessary that everyone knew about scammers.
Now you have to spend time on what people would learn about how fraudsters operate. We are obliged to tell people this in order to clear the market from scammers.

As someone stated above, Polymath was doing the same thing as this one but it's more trusted than this one. They have paid the bounty. This platform was created by scumbag. Beware scammer is everywhere.
You maybe right, but I would raise the opinion that every project has to start from zero as well as build up its trust / reliability from zero.
Of course, I known that investors will feel likely more trustworthy with projects started by higher ranked members in the forum.
However, at the end, it does  not make so much sense.
Big scams might start with high ranked users.
Let's see how the DESICO project move rest months of the new year.
It does not matter the rank of forum member, if the project is deceiving its supporters. Only one definition matches this - scam.

This is best project for upcoming year .Am sure security token will raise upcoming year . all of the forward and involved in Security token for next year

I'm surprised that you are not reading all the other comments and choose to be different, it looks like DESICO is now hiring people to praise their scam project like this idiot, this is very irresponsible and you deserve a red tag for this.
The same situation in their telegram chat. Under the guise of users, several hired people are trying to improve the impressed reputation of this scam project.

You are confusing something. This project was created to deceive trustworthy people. Probably you still do not know that desico is a scam.

Not just Polymath but also bitfence which is also a security token. They did send their bounties for the participants although the token isn't yet listed on the exchange but they said it will listed soon. Its already listed on US SEC too. This DESICO had the gall to extend campaign but doesn't have plans to pay.

The rate at which team are manipulating bounty hunters is so alarming, how can you explain this

This is a post from desico team after bounty hunters have worked for 11 good weeks

Ingrida Willems DESICO Community Manager:
Dear participants of DESICO bounty,

As you all know DESICO was aiming to carry out an ICO followed by all its components, including Bounty campaigns. The crypto markets in 2018 clearly showed that ICOs have failed their mission. The ICO process is full of fake identities and scamming. The biggest majority of utility tokens never bring profit to investors after the listing. Companies used ICOs as a fund-raising mechanism, not because their tokenomics needed a utility token. That’s why most of the utility tokens issued are below their initial capitalization.

Anticipating the situation of fake promises in ICO model, DESICO made a decision to switch from ICO to Security token offering (STO). STO is a strictly regulated offering that provides investors with ability to invest in tokenized securities. Investors need to pass KYC and AML procedures along with provision of proof of their identity, residence address as well as indication of their income source. Current regulation across the globe does not provide possibility to issue and/or distribute security tokens if they were not paid for.

DESICO decided to be fair to people who participated in its bounty campaigns by admitting the failure of ICO process. DESI token is a security token. Therefore, DESI security tokens cannot and will be not distributed to bounty participants. We will also not issue and distribute utility tokens that will have no value in the market.

We are grateful to each of you who took part in campaigns and spread  the message about benefits of security tokens. We express our sincere apologies to all participants. We believe that the efforts that all of you and DESICO put into spreading the word will still contribute positively to stabilization of overall crypto market.

DESICO team

It is high time will reject injustice from all team manipulating bounty hunters

I must admit I have not seen such scammy behavior yet.
This is another example of the fact, that the ICO should be well regulated in order to punish such fraudsters as Desico dev team.

I have some bad news for all the investors - you have been scammed too, their STO was fake and they did not raise $1 million as they say.
Also they have committed an identity theft - about 1,000 stolen passport copies and national identity cards, however they were not allowed to collect personal data. Never ever have any financial deals with post-soviet countries.

It is necessary to write everywhere that this project is fraudulent. We have to write on the forum / telegram / linkedin

this is the profile of their CEO. Write to him

And is that true that also they will not refund ICO investors? Or only they are not going to pay bounty hunters with their "special Security tokens"?
They are still avaiable on telegram, so they didn´t run away.

Really?, where do you get that information? This really makes me surprised, I found out the news about their apologies to participants of the bounty, but impersonation? This action really can be very detrimental to many people I hope there are some of those who prosecute this incident to confirm their veracity, and immediately process them.

they don't have plans to refund investors?
looks like scam busters in the forum missed this DESICO as it looks very legit upon looking to its team members profile. i thought they announce to have collected $1M and will pay. but then later on, they announced they did not and do not want to continue the project.

I hope they will be brought to prison for this scam. I did not participate in this bounty but I want to support the word against desico scam here. Such scammers need to be shut down!

And another reason to avoid any KYC because now the scammers are selling the personal documents, KYC is incredible dangerous for us normal people. KYC should be banned from this forum. A bounty who want to have KYC should be banned. KYC is endangering all members here.

From what source comes this information?
Should we care about it? Could it be abused in someway?

That is why I hate uploading my documents for KYC verification.
