I don't see any issues with the network on my site. Everything is running well. There are a lot of MN and that is why your reward is delayed, but it should come sometime. Here are few of my addnodes:
45.77.32.88:9919
88.99.107.19:9919
110.170.35.150:9919
174.113.157.254:9919
108.61.247.192:991
And with so many nodes you shouldn't have any problems with synchronization. If your wallet is still stuck after adding the nodes, try to delete the chain and resync from scratch. But keep your wallet.dat file and DON'T delete it, since there are all your coins

Lack of dev activity will kill this coin, the truth is, coins with low MN price have much lower lifetime as it seems
