Ive been there - just yesterday =)
Some ppl say "WATCHDOG_EXPIRED" is not an issue and it will work regardless.... however, it should not be deal to fix this - so:

Most likely sentinel isnt working correctly.
Try runnig it manually to get the error message / see what the issue is:

No, port number is hardcoded in the wallet. You can try to get another static IP from your vps provider and run another mn instance with new ip and 1000 dsr deposit at new desire address
