As I understand the team is not yet selling the project, they are testing the network and the community should try how the network works.

so many projects lately it is almost imposible to keep track of them all. i have just discovered this but at first glance it looks ok..so..further analysis needed 
You don't need to track all projects and no one does, just pick up list of projects that get your attention, add them to watch list or follow their twitter. When you get time, analyse those projects.
It's a good strategy and this is mostly being used by some experienced investors because this is really seems to be effective way of tracking the latest activity done by the dev.
