I'm not totally sure about your meaning on trying to translate tokens but, if you mean the android or apple app to be translated, you can apply.

Great job done team Dispatch Labs. Well this project will really be having a more good future if they will keep up this kind of pace and momentum. Like this one, that they have already been released the Mobile Version Wallet of the Dispatch Labs. I think, I will take a look at it in the Google Play App Store since I am an android user. I am looking forward for more updates.

They have just a better relationship between the users and the developer so I think it's very great idea to increase the volume in the future.

There is no specific number or letter. Public key is the address and it's short while private key is long. Check it out this link on Medium : https://medium.com/dispatchlabs/dispatch-testnet-and-wallet-walkthrough-3c473bd31c6e.
If you want to get some token to test the wallet them your the public address and not private key.

Yes, as i remember before that they have test net but running at PC. Now we can using it at mobile devices, really good for user. But only send or receive function?

This is a great news, there are multiple updates including mobile apps. With the upcoming testnet, who are the eligible participants that can try the newtwork?

I would recommend those shall be pre tested before hitting on live versions as i have experienced similar platforms they have successfully proceeded to live and in the productions they attained failures that shall not happen and have a check list at the initial level.
