The POS percentage is 7000% just for 100 premium blocks which activates after every 1000 blocks. Otherwise, the base POS is 3000%. And, the 3000% base POS will be reduced to 700% after block#150,000, but the premium blocks will still be effective till block#300,000. After it, the POS% will remain constant at 700%, and there will be no premium blocks. I hope this answers your question about long term price effect. It is safe to use. Actually, these are false positives. Many softwares can trigger this through heuristics. The qt wallet file contains code for coin mining, so once it's up and running, some AVs consider it as a hidden miner or botnet. Also qt wallet looks for wallet.dat file, so some AVs consider it as coin stealer. A lot of wallets get detected like this. Check out the Peercoin & Reddcoin wallets:
