Here are the updates 👇
1️⃣ We worked on disk storage options for HBBFT messages - to specify how many and where HBBFT consensus messages are stored.
2️⃣ fine-tuned some stability improvements in 0.8.3
3️⃣ Prioritized P2P validator node connection.
4️⃣Contract Upgrades for the https://github.com/DMDcoin/hbbft-posdao-contracts/issues/126 features got prepared and are already live.
5️⃣ v0.8.4 was stage tested to solve one problem encountered with https://github.com/DMDcoin/openethereum-3.x/issues/87.
6️⃣ We resynced the explorer due to some outages, and work was done on some information that was unavailable due to the resynchronization.
7️⃣ Battle-tested the upcoming version 0.8.4, upgraded more nodes of the testnetwork to this new version, and we have also set up syncing with snapshots.
8️⃣ Last developmental steps on version 0.8.4 were completed, successful recovery from issues that resulted in a network stall, and we also reached 200.000 Blocks mark on the testnet.

I don't use Telegram either and a great Many Projects refuse to use anything else. So I don't bother either.
These same Projects have missed out on MANY things with working with Us and our EcoSystem at CWI. Their choice.

the answer to Qestion 18 there solve most problems if ur blockchain is stuck on sync
basically delete and recreate/resync local database of wallet
if ur wallet is proper sync or not u can see if it +/- 2 block of the official explorer blocknumber

make sure u are sync with correct chain
(ur last block is not more then +/- 1 or 2 blocks different from the last block visible at explorer)

if ur wallet is sync on another block u are sync with a bad chain

rare but also a system clock that is not set to a correct time can be a issue
if the block u try to find are to much offset they not accepted from the network

Probably you went on a forked chain, so rescan don't fix the issue, the only way to recover is to delete the downloaded blockchain and restart from zero or from a snapshot.

[edit] another possiblity is that you internet connection is in trouble or slow that can't handle the confirmation in time and goes on timeout.
