He's just very busy at the moment involved in some very complex project (afk).
He should be more active by the end of the month. We already have a heap of ideas for him to code into the wallet and waiting patiently for his return.
So in a way it's a bit of a quiet period for the development, in a sense that we cannot present you any new software with bells and whistles, but on conceptual level we work on some new goodies that will boost Diamond Cloud Mining and in general the attractiveness of the whole network.
At the same time we're moving towards fully functional company, but just those who actually tried to set up a bitcoin start-up can fully appreciate how difficult and costly the process is.
Also as menioned some time before - the legislation is coming, most likely world wide - as even so called bitcoin heavens will introduce these stricter laws.
It's done to prevent money laudring. Looking at what will happen, I can easily see a lot of altcoin scene going underground.
