My another question is about claiming DOGXs from DOGE wallet. I did everything described here: https://dogethereum.net/2018/04/18/how-to-import-doge-key-to-new-wallet/
But I only see newly created account with zero balance. But I had about 130000 DOGE in that DOGE wallet, so where are my 13 DOGX?
Hardfork of network DOGE took place 30.03.2018 on the block 2157611. All holders of Dogecoin coins after importing key get Dogethereum coins 10000: 1, if at the time of fork DOGE coins were on a personal wallet.
that is, you should have had coins on 03/30/2018 on block 2157611.
All that appeared on your balance sheet after the fork does not count.

I didn't manage to import keys from the doge core wallet as per their guide, so does someone know if any exchange support this??
They also added on the calendar that the fork will be 30th September
