are your coins on fobcoin and you can't withdraw?
DOLP needs a working exchange to stay alive til the dev returns or someone takes over.
Cryptopia would be a good choice and they have also listed Sharkcoin. That would fit perfectly

All vote's by DOT is collect from all weeks
are you sure?look at gabencoin.
atm looks like only the weekly votes count.
EDIT:
Now they made it clear on their voting-page:
"Each week the coin with the most Weekly User Votes and the coin with the most Weekly DOT Votes will be added to the Exchange, ..."
"Any coin that reaches 5 million Total Votes will be added to Cryptopia immediately."
That means every vote counts if we ever reach 5 million in total

very good support in DOT-Votes 
I added another 23.000 now as I said earlier.
Unfortenately VegasCoin is still in front.
I have set aside some more that I will maybe put in right before voting ends.
but they won't be enough to beat VegasCoin.
So some more support in DOT-Votes is much appreciated.

Look at WorldCoin compared to GabenCoin.
In weekly DOT-Votes GabenCoin is only one vote ahead, but in overall DOT-Votes Worldcoin is ahead.
