the only problem i had compiling an ubuntu deamon was needing to clean the leveldb folder,
apart from that, it was fine.

i have two "coalition" peers that are currently on block 23827

yup - the new wallet is 3.0.1.0 blaze ...

the testnode compiled and is running well - the seednodes have now been compiled and propagated also ...

one more to complete and all three will be able to service the entire network ...

they can take a heavy load - so its not an issue ...

so far so good - we will have it all functioning very soon ...

if you have problems with yr coins continually staking,
you can enter this line in yr droidz.conf
staking=0

first stop yr client Wink

, enter the line into droidz.conf, then restart,
it will stop any coins you hold from restaking when they're eligible

you will need to swap those coins for new droidz, just keep checking on thread here until someone posts a how to swap them

Hmm... I wanted to post you an answer, then I realized I don't actually know the answer

I guess the short answer is 'No, please hold with OLD-DRZ for now, as this update relates only to new chain', but I cannot tell much more than that, as no details on the swap procedure are known.

Could some of the EXPERTS (TM)

give a detailed (not necessarily very long though) answer to this question, and probably shed some light on the supposed swap procedure, so people could be informed and do not do wrong things, which may result in lost time, or lost coins..?

please be careful with how you portray others here in the thread as being secondary to soopy ... we are not ... we are ALL on the same level playing field - and have expertise in very select fields ...

all that we are doing in the backend ( from code - to seednodes compilation and sync ) does not take 7mins to do ...

the instructions that were given by soopy earlier are the correct way to do this - BUT - those wallets are compiled WITHOUT the full seednodes in place ... but as the blockchain is also to be installed as well - it makes only a little difference - until you need to sync all over again ... and for those that are syncing for the first time - it can get quite messy ... especially the novice users that are getting into this 'crypto thing' for the first time ...

we want ALL to have an easy swap - an easy migration - and a smoother continuation and adoption for droidz ...

so a little patience everyone - we are working on it now ...
