CMC is a good place to buy ads on. Most people know the site and even newbies frequent it regularly.

It is a good time to prepare everything though. But again i don't think any residential investors will go ahead with investing right now.

ICO is such a waste of time nowadays, the amount of failed ICOs has been raised since the bear market.
Dusk has made a right decision to not conduct an ICO, private sale/deals is the only way in current market condition.

And the current down trend surely will make the ico projects harder to collect funds since most people are in the loss state. Maybe 2019 will bring a new hope for crypto currency.

What is certain is that everyone also hopes that before the end of the year the main scheleton can function but after all we cannot predict it so it's better to keep abreast of the developments

Yes, you are right. ERC20 token can be listed initially for the trading purpose then swap can take place.

Well, good point. 2 kyc would be meaningless. But maybe they can gather kyc information from ethfinex and won't ask a second one.

Also they have a vesting period for all tokens so i don't think they will unlock this erc tokens.

Eventually the vouchers will be traded on exchanges without KYC. The vouchers will get new, anonymous owners. If those vouchers are exchanged for DUSK tokens, is the Ethfinex KYC of the original investor still meaningful?

But I could be wrong. In the FAQ they say DUSK is intended to be fungible, while the XST tokens on top of DUSK have KYC built-in. Similar to Ether being a coin while there are ERC-20 tokens on top of Ethereum. And Ether is not a security while the SEC considers many tokens to be securities.

I think you are right, forkdelta - it will be available I have no doubt, as for IDEX - they have minimum requirement, but if the team makes an effort, this listing will be easy to get.

Can you give examples of KYC made during token swaps? I don't recall any to be honest, usually KYC is only for token sales (ofc it's all right if you prove me wrong)

Sure, they are coding already. To code, test, bugfix and auditioning security such a project in 5 monthes is not possible imo.
