hopefully soon, i don't think devs will forget to to post the wallets up ahead of time because otherwise they get branded a scam and that damages the coin pretty badly.
But worry if they are not up in the next 10 mins i guess.

I'd say anything below 1-1.5% is reasonable. Anything above it I'd mine somewhere else.
