Some small amount of premine would be OK, but I'd avoid if anything above 1% for premine. Auroracoin opens a door for 50% premine, this space becomes insane...

u could just state it will be Less then XX% because if your not transperant about this stuff,you just look like another smuck thats trying to pocked a 5-50% premine.
