ECC is focused on one exchange MINTPAL, if this sell walls there stays longer than expected.
I'll focus buying pressure to another exchange and we will watch what will then happen.
See it's easy to play with it. Let's handle the pool and let me do my marketing for miners. This time they will mine for growing trees. We have good appeal. Also our technology allow us winning other pools. So we can better speak on this when we have some amount miners 300mhs or so...

Waiting for multi-pool working. How long does it take?
We are pretty fast, we work under ideal conditions but still progressing. We will soon add many coins and start promoting it. And following weeks we will take care exchange parts.

we come to final end on multipool before starting really, but it look development will continue maybe half of year at background. we tested something different analysed how we can speed block finding and which processes and what we can do and so on. So we have this product it finds faster blocks then many other pools because of it's fast structure.
We also made DDOS protection plan and strategy which is a must in this eco system.
We will soon add many coins and start promoting the pool, then progress to the payment with ECC step. Because test made us lost extra few weeks. But it'll well paid for miners.
@KimmyF can you write your PC/mac specs and which OS software do you use? There must be reason you always find orphans.

Nothing special, Win-7, 64 us on an i5. nothing changed, still only orphan blocks. Just checked the startup params of the wallet, there must be a way to force a reload/rescan of the chain. Btw, Am in ECC from the begin, had a lot of older wallets on the same PC/installation.
2) Do first backup everything and make a new clean install (deleting ECCoin directory) and use the ECCoin.conf file given in OP.
3) still no solution then Use ECC at another PC
4) still no solution then Use ECC at another PC with another internet network

minting seems to be working fine over here. I do get probably 50% orphans but I mined a 296k block the other day. Holding just 77 million and maybe half are at maturity. So I believe it is working.

the dev here is actually reading every message and replying on every question-problem more than any other and i think we can all see that clearly,puting him more pressure will not make things go faster but on the contrary will get it worse just be patient for a little more time the pool is almost ready

Now ECC has dropped to 130 on http://coinmarketcap.com, in the low volume secion (24hr volume less than 1 btc). Are there actually any people mining through a multipool and getting paid in ECC. I understand the Dev's desire to build a great multipool, but unless something happens ASAP the coin will the dead before it's launched and all that work will be wasted.

it's tested to be correct. So we have now error free payment calculation on the pool. The rest is easier we are getting close to the end.

Also, I have had ecc for 6 months and have never minted one single coin. Don't even ask if I have the wallet open..
All my other POS coins mint daily. uggh

When did your wallet first receive coins ? Have you sent any out ?
Chunks of less than 100k coins will be very slow to mint. Even 1m will probably take a day.

You can check the age of your coins by enabling 'coin control features' in the option settings, then go to "Send coins", click "Inputs" button, then select "List mode".

I read somewhere about the amount of coins required in order to be successful when staking. given the number of ECC out there, 1k might not carry enough weight to stake. I'm just guessing with this though.
Maybe when you have, say, 100k which are older than 42 days, you will start to see minted coins.
