The stat is you posted is wrong, the ICO bonus has been updated, I just think the way the ICO was structure was very wrong.

Ithink its better to give referal bonus and decrease the 60% to 50'% bonus for 1st week so many people can invite more investor in social media group page.but it's already too late for that suggestion.

That's the main problem, although the bonus ico increased up to 60% it can not attract investors the reason for the BTC prices continue to rise

Actually we need to keep the same rule.

I don't see any problem in changing anything during ICO.. and BTW rules aren't changed. only bonus amount changed/increased to 60%..
I think Instead of blaming or arguing you should take advantage of this huge chance and bonus..
