What is the incentive to stand up the node?
Is there a company setup for Egaas? What are the legal protections investors have if the founders choose to disband?
What exchanges will the token be available on? Bittrex Poloniex? When can we trade?

You dont have to sync to the blockchain? How does this technology work? (I am a noob lol.)

1. What is the incentive to stand up the node?
• Receive a percentage of the transaction, at least to the countries joining the platform
2. Is there a company setup for Egaas? What are the legal protections investors have if the founders choose to disband?
• We will begin registration of the company in Luxembourg just after the ICO
3. What exchanges will the token be available on? Bittrex Poloniex? When can we trade?
• We'll reach agreement with the exchanges immediately after the ICO
4. When do you get your tokens?
• EGS tokens will be emitted only once, in an amount of 100 million.
5. Is the ICO capped? $500k?
• Yes, only $500k. To implement the next roadmap stage after ICO, $500,000 investment is required. Therefore, during the first ICO round, 5.9 million EGS tokens will be sold.
6. You dont have to sync to the blockchain? How does this technology work? (I am a noob lol.)
• Blockchain always synchronized - this is the main principle of its work

9. Other than transferring funds to my friend why would I care about your system?
• Even before the governments’ joining it, the platform can be successfully used to create a variety of financial, business and social applications, such as payment systems, stock exchanges, insurance and credit organizations, accounting and management systems.
10. Why are you so confident that the United States or EU will use your system?
• We are confident that sooner or later all countries will use such system as eGaaS. Why can't we be the first?
11. Will there be a reputation system or a social networking functionality added to the system?
• The eGaaS platform is a handy tool for the organization of the communities’ activities. It by using smart contracts and smart laws allows setting the rules of relations between their members and conduct voting. That is, users are free to customize the community, to create a social network.
12. What partnerships do you have?
• We cooperate with several organizations, but most of the work makes the eGaaS team.
13. What will you do with your first ICO funds after the ICO?
• 60% - Finalization of the current version and writing from scratch of a new eGaaS stable version
• 10% - Legal services
• 10% - Negotiating with States, creating international groups to agree on the rules and regulations by which States could join the platform
• 10% - Payments to investors who financed eGaaS before the ICO
• 10% - Other
14. Are there ways the community can help you develop the project?
• Now we need advertising, as well as in application testing.
