One of the pool is trying to network hijack the coin , we recommend all the miners to use Official pool only and suppor the coin
It's not good for the network to have all hash on one pool, you need to mine on several pools. But unfortunately people are going to mine on the pool with the biggest hash rate.

people are mining with 1.8 THS in Sopool , you wont get anyhthing mining with 1.5ghs in other pool alone , you have to join pool which is finding blocks

because of sudden increase of difficulty it may happen , we have difficulty retarget for every 4 hours
Without making considerations regarding the premine, you should reconsider to lower the difficulty retarget time, otherwise the blockchain will get stuck on high difficulty and miners move away to faster coins
