Well, we cannot rely on cryptopia. I'll mine a few more ELLAs and hold them. I prefer to mine something I can move faster. It's really a shame because I like ellaism principles.

You definitely have to wait, this is the only way to get your coins deposited. Sooner or later they will appear on your Cryptopia balance.

Yes you'll have to wait a bit for the coins to arrive in the cryptopia wallet, the deposit will need 20 confirmations.
About the ticket, they engaged to answer in 12 days, but note that can take longer since they are short of people.
