The 10 second block time is simply a mistake in calculation, the code hasn't been changed from the beginning (as far as i know)
14 second block time means the coin itself now has higher value because of lower emission rate

and blocktime only getting worse, its almost worse than ethereum and ether classic by now when promising 10 seconds it should be 9.5 to 10.5 seconds at all times.

Guess the newbies to this learned that dag file gets rather big with such a low blocktime, and now they changed it after a couple months of running, this is a kinda big deal. dont promise 10s "forever" until all coins havce been mined and then change it after 5% runtime. thats bad. i want to jump off right now seeing how devs cant keep their original promise.

IE - Buy on Stocks.Exchange (instant) 0.00006999 and then Sell on Crytopia (instant) at 0.00007501 (hopefully before parity is reached)
Unfortunately the withdraw at Stocks.Exchange is temporarily disabled, so you'd need to have liquidity on both exchanges to take advantage...

No pre-mine.
No contentious hard forks. Stability is a feature.
Monetary policy. A reduction of 20% mining rewards happens every 10 million blocks.
No difficulty bomb.
Replay protection enabled by default.
This will become listed in Bittrex, because Bittrex only accept no premine coins. So good luck and more mining.

The market is down and the downtrend continues. People seem to lose their interest in Ella. There are not many progresses made currently. Forum and chatroom are quite quiet. Still holding tho.
