I guess you just do what he say, to send him a PM here to get this thing fixed faster. If it's been that long, it seems like the support team can't help, it would be better directly here through PM. I hope the best he does is not like what the support team did.
KYC problem is not something difficult to be solved. BTW there must be an exact date about when the technical issue can be solved. The team must be consistence about that. That sounds bad to see even the possible thing for people who have already hired to solve the problem can't even do that.

If I won't log in to my exchange account for x number of months will my account get automatically blocked from further use? If yes then what's the x in this case?

Your account will not be blocked if you don't log in for some time, even very long, so no need to worry about that.

well, the problem is this:

under tier 2 i did right step 1 and 2 verification with passport, but Step 3. Residence address
You can use a utility bill as proof of address if your name is on it, and the bill has been issued within the last 3 months. Please scan it or make a clear photo. Send the JPG, PNG, or PDF (5 MB max) to [email protected].

step 3 is impossible for me, all bills are under the name of the home owner, the bank where i have my account for over 20 years has always had the home address of my parents, i can only prove that i live in the my house with the document of my municipality of residence, but there are no dates in that document. So you did blocked my tokens because I tried to transfer the coins to my wife's smartphone wallet. now there are two options either you help me or I leave the coins to you for charity, maybe you need them.



the frustration is that I'm faking all of this for 18k coins which probably don't have much value but that I've gained hard



Man their channels app is the worst. I sent my coins to the channel apps and now they are stuck over there they are asking me to do KYC which I did already but they still haven't verified it and it's been over a month.

I also had many problems, I didn't sell their coins for 1 btc when I could do it because I believed in their project, now they are worth almost nothing, so I decided to leave them on their exchange!

Seriously, that's how difficult it is to use their platform. I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't make a good reputation here and I just don't trust them to use it. It seems like the only outcome is that they don't want to give it to you, much more. It is frustrating when there are so many questions and demands. It's easy to deposit but difficult to withdraw.
I am always very suspicious of this kind of people, many people have lost a lot of money with this kind of projects and people, then often they have the physical base in countries where it is very difficult to assert their rights if they cheat you, hope make sense what i say!



I understand your frustration with the verification process. However, we did not invent it, it is a regular verification procedure that is used by most of the services which work with the finance and personal information, and the amount of money on the account usually does not matter. I personally had the same issue with the online poker account a few years ago, which was blocked and required absolutely the same documents just for the account with $10 on it. The point here is that as long as you pass the KYC verification you get access to the monetary service, which by law is required to identify the customer. It is not us being so picky, it is the laws that any financial service has to follow.

Can you please PM us your support ticket number, I will explain your situation to the support and will try to figure out the way for you to pass the KYC assuming the issues with the documentation.
