Increasing the liquidity of the Exchange and Channels is not simple, it requires both marketing and dev efforts to do so. We have a strategy which Andrew spoke about in the AMA session, and our team works hard to achieve the goals, which can't be done fast.
As for the fiat currencies withdrawals, can you please make a request to support regarding the withdrawals being not avaliable? Link - http://help.exscudo.com

Do I have to complete the KYC twice for channels app and the exchange? Or I just have to finish It in one? Also can you please check my KYC status as it is still pending.

We are about to release a Channels update for IOS. The release includes chats update that will cause chat history to be wiped out.
There are two options:
1) Release the update as soon as possible but loose chat history.
2) Wait another 2 weeks but retain chat history.

Please, tell us what changes do you think will work best

Theres a reason why the whole Exscudo exchange has 0 volume, even after so many posts on social media......

that's why this project has already fulfilled all of the requirements to be considered as a scam project. Even they were still active but they didn't even care about the investors. If this project was getting registered on the regulator and there were so many investors will take legal action against the team.

The scam is when a company does not do what has been promised or just disappears, while we got all of the promised products released. They may not fly to the moon immediately, those projects, as always, would need further development and work and that's exactly what we are doing, working hard and trying our best in order to make the projects successful.
