What kind of collaboration do you mean? if you mean the Exscudo list on coinmarketcap I don't think it will be "EON" because there is already the name of the token. So maybe the team has to think of other names besides that to be able to list there.

Secondly, DOT genesis amount will be 10 million but there is no cap on total amount, they will just continue to release more coins every yr like sia, so that nullifies the low supply comment.
Finally, there are other reliable exchanges offering DOT IOU, so investors who are willing to take the risk will be better off buying it from those exchange than this shady ass individuals. for all we know, Andrew and co will pocket the btc and not distribute any DOT post its release. Their interactions with the ICO investors should let you know how shady they are.

we are talking of 2300 btc here, which at the time it was collected was equivalent to $5.6 million while at the current price, it's already equivalent to over $19 million. That was a big money, if they have use that properly, they could have provide some great updates now.

Seems like their own token is not as that valuable compared to coins they listed on their platform, waited for years and yet nothing good happens on this coin. The only way is they need to list the token in a major exchange.
I don't know how you compared this project to another project or rather compared to other coins. Looks like you're not updated on this project.
