Anyway why this ANN ICO make in Bitcoin project development section? What is different with Altcoin? Can you explain it?

I have one about the ICO: as the coins will have its price increased each 100.000 I am worried about the disadvantage of a person using Bitcoin vs credit card. How the system assigns the price per token to someone who hasn't confirmed yet his/her bitcoin transaction?

To answer some of your questions:
- EQB will be traded at exchanges, we are in discussion with them
- at purchase, a web wallet will be created for you where your EQB will be stored, this notification will be sent to you as a transaction confirmation where you will then be able to set your password
- as an EQB holder you would be entitled to any dividends that are issued by companies who launch on Equibit

Just to be clear regarding dividends:
If I buy some EQB during ICO and hold them I will receive dividends (from any company who launch Equibit)? Or do I have to hold "special" EQBs that are signed by companies?
Maybe you can also elaborate on how dividends are calculated (regarding token holders), because I could not find anything in your papers.

That's correct, the first 100,000 tokens are $2 each and then increase for each 100,000 tokens. They will be distributed on a first-come first-serve basis. It's definitely an uphill battle but the biggest challenge that we are facing is that we are taking on the mammoth traditional finance sector. Momentum and interest has been great though. We are fortunate to have some extremely smart individuals on our side for this one.
