Better promotion ESP
In order to better promote ESP, should allow more people to participate, I think it should be the current maintenance of cryptocoderz coins involved in,

It's a hard time for community, now I cannot even login Yobit becouse of a glitch in the e-mail system and I have my esp in there, but I still believe in this project and I'm thinking about a new app in which Esp can be one of the payment methods if my millions will give me some initial amount to spend for this project (and if Yobit will move his gold ass to resolve my issue). I'm still here!
I can donate some for this app of your just make that app work and please do share more information about that project. Thanks.

There are still other pools that miners can join to, if matter comes to worse then the only alternative is to do some solo mining.
The Ethereum pool on Supernova is also closing, wtf is up with supernova?

Is there a glimmer of an idea to reduce the inflation of this coin in the development plans? I think we have seen what huge inflation does by now.
Yes, I do suggest to make a new improved wallet and what goes with that is to reduce the number of coins in the market by doing a swap, maybe 1 new coin = 1000 old coin.. this will get much attention and the needed support of new traders. Or better yet, if the issue of mining is not fixed, implement already the POI or POS mode for ESP... drastic changes should be made for this coin since I sense some loosing community support already.

Why Espers coin exchanges mostly LTC?_
ESP is mostly traded in LTC instead of BTC because of the large amount of coins that we have, the price for each coin is very low, even lower than 1 sat. That's why we can't trade in BTC yet. It will be traded on the major BTC exchanges when the project progresses and price will rise to 1 sat. Makes sense?

The only bad thing here is the block reward is too big, or am I missing something.
for the time being your are correct...
but when dev team starts to role out in/out of wallet services that will require coins to use. the block reward will be ok..
