Uahhh here in Italy I have to wait all the night for news and I lose all voting possibilities because of work! The time difference is very bad for Italy!

I too have experienced such a transaction is currently in Empire-X, you need to contact admin - EmpireX.chMarket is still beta, I do not recommend

Yes, always contact admins or support of those particular services you might have an issue with. It's more likely that they can help you more than any of us in this or any other thread.
I had that issue few times and it was always fixed. those devs are working hard to get the site running as it should, but remember it is just starting up.
And as always, exchanges are not banks. only hold there as much you are ready to lose. on any exchange.
