Everything seems fine there. everytime usage goes down and back up, it changes to the new block it is mining, because somebody already found it.
correct me if i'm wrong but this is how i figured it out.

There is a high network difficulty and it is likely that you have not yet received a block. You can test that the Miner is running by clicking the Button below the mine button that says "get hash" if the number that appears is zero then you are not mining. if it is anything else then you are mining fine and it may simply just take time to see anything.

theres any way to raise up the mining speed?

It's depend on your CPU. its better to use pool mining rather than wallet mining.
