You guys need to get those other nodes up. Wallet not syncing could be your node is saturated already.
the nodes are up and running but in private network - 192.168.1.*
when the dev mine as much as he need (exclude the premine) he will open his router's port and will let us in the network173.18.196.253 is their node. That was probably from their testnet.

You guys need to get those other nodes up. Wallet not syncing could be your node is saturated already.
