But tokens will be used for other things? Like file storage, using dApps etc? They promised release mobile wallet soon. Hope price will increase soon 

The price of the token does not affect me so much now. I think that after launching the network, this will be more relevant.
But tokens will not used in deal with Finland, and I hope that all the following cooperation will use the service in full.

If we evaluate the cost of essentia in Ethereum, the price of ESS fell by only 5 times, and this is the standard behavior of almost any token on the bar market.

All crypto has lost like 90% after they pumped up like 5000%... WTF do you expect? non-stop moon launch, free money falling from the sky?

The team doesn't control investors. Investors in Crypto love to manipulate.
So if the team were to control investors - the team would have to be very corupted and scammy to beat out the manipulation coming from investors.

Anyways, developing the project is how value is added.
Maybe I am missing something - please fill me in on how "YOU" would have the development increase value.?

Development is of course the priority i understand that, but they should also start doing something about the marketing and price as well, in fact they should've done that a while ago. As someone mentioned, tokens lost in value more than 90% since ICO. Team should start to care about price.

There are lots of announcements on the project development since the close of the public engagement for sure The Essentia team put out monthly development reports and have an Announcements-only channel where news and updates are regularly posted!

At least they are doing something about their development and inform the investors about all steps of development. They have a lot of news.

But tokens lost in value more than 90% since ICO. Seems team don't care about price. They raised a lot of money and developing product and even have partnerships, but tokens will not used in deal with Finland as I understand. They must care about provide good liquidity for tokens as they sold them to investors.

Always a technology and not interested in improving the value of ess ... Earn money from ico and leave investors .. doing very well.

with one exception, we don't hear "3 out of 5 biggest exchanges" mantra anymore

But maiinet launch by roadmap in Q4 this year already. And now in Q4 ongoing. So maiinet will be between today and December.

Allow me to clarify the response  In regards to the Finland pilot, the team are first going to use Ethereum’s blockchain. After the mainnet release, the team will switch to Essentia. Regarding the tokens: in the first release, it’s a no for sure. But the team are discussing the possibility in the next releases.
