Your second question reveals that you didn't read whitepaper. I highly suggest that you do, for your future investments.
Its not wise to put your money into something you know nothing about, otherwise you're just gambling (and that

The team will announce further exchanges as soon as the details are finalised. They are in talks with 3 of top 5 exchanges.

Mainnet launches in Q4 2018.

The information is very useful for the investors of the project and I am still waiting for a great exchange from this project.
