ICO has ended. You can buy ETHBS on some exchange sites, etherdelta, coinexchange and hitbtc.

Long time ago they raised very good amount at the time ICO, now they company is developing the thing what they mentioned in the roadmap. But they are still, failing to list in major exchange because ETBS is dividends based coin.

ETBS is sponsoring coinfest. Good job.

The project started last April of this year, its almost end of the year but I'm seeing price still below the ICO after all the development. I think the team has to make more appearances to the public and marketing strategy to have more users in the exchange.

The reason is simple, the team stopped promoting after the ico got over due to bad impression received on this forum.They did not have answers to the questions raised against them in scam accusation and so were given a negative rating.I am not sure which is the next mode of communication they are using now to give updates to the investors.
